Depending on the complexity of your project, your time availability, and your decision-making comfort level, planning times can be as short as one meeting for simple projects, to several months for complex projects. We advocate moving at whatever speed feels comfortable for you.
Engineering and Ordering
Once we have a completed plan and an agreement, that's when the real work begins for us. Our goal is to get all of the materials ordered as quickly as possible. Before we can do that, we must review the design, the dimensions, and verify that everything will fit and work together properly. Project complexity and seasonal surges in demand affect how quickly we get through that process.
Product Lead Times
Cabinets usually take the longest to get. Most cabinets are made-to-order and lead times can run anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the product, manufacturer, custom features, and seasonal surges in demand. Most other products are available within 2 to 3 weeks.
Our policy is quality first and speed second. That means always using the right craftsman for the right aspect of your project. Sometimes that means delaying a start date until we have all of the right pieces in place. Our goal is to make your project move as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Having your project advancing every day, with no missed days until it's finished, is our goal.
