Project Budgeting

Purchasing a remodeling project is similar to buying a new car.  The base model is thousands cheaper than the fully-loaded model.  Only when we know all of the details and how "loaded" your remodel project will be, can we give you an accurate, specific cost estimate.  

Getting to that accurate, specific cost estimate requires a significant time commitment.  Most of us would like to have at least a pretty good idea of what the costs will be before we are willing to make that commitment, right?

Our interactive budgeting tool can give us that information. 

Here's how it works:

• We gather some basic measurements and photos.
• We agree on a basic design concept.
• We make a few decisions about the scope of the project
• We make some basic selections of materials and surfaces
• As we record those decisions, our budgeting tool will give us a budget range in real time.
• If we don't like the numbers we are seeing, let's change a few selections and instantly get a new number.
• Once the budget is settled, our designer will be responsible to keep an eye on it as we develop the project.  We will raise a flag if we see choices driving the costs up.
