1. What services does Kitchen & Bath ReStylers offer?
As a design/build firm and a licensed general contractor, we provide all of the services and products necessary to both design and build your entire project. We can assist you in remodeling any area of your home, but we specialize in kitchen and bathrooms. To handle every aspect of your unique project, we have our own employees and trusted subcontractors that are professional, well-equipped, and highly experienced. We have designers, carpenters, installers, plumbers, painters, tile setters, and electricians. We also have project management down to a science. Managing projects like yours is our specialty and what we do every day. See our Services section for more information 2. Does Kitchen & Bath ReStylers build cabinets?
No, we design and order custom cabinets to fit your layout, style, and budget. With a large selection and factory-direct buying, you get exceptional quality and made-to-order cabinets while staying within your price range. We are a dealer for the following 3 lines of quality, custom cabinets: Dura Supreme, Bellmont, & Columbia.
3. Does Kitchen & Bath ReStylers offer appliances?
We do not sell appliances. The appliance industry is diverse, rapidly changing, and display intensive. You really need an expert with a showroom toi help you with your selections. In most cases, we provide guidance on what to purchase (types, brands, features, etc.) and then direct you to a reputable local retailer to purchase them. Ordering your appliances through a local retailer ensures you get excellent quality and customer service.
4. Does Kitchen & Bath ReStylers install cabinets, countertops, and appliances?
Yes, we do! We provide all of the services necessary to both design and build your entire project. We have our own employees and trusted subcontractors that are professional, well-equipped, and highly experienced in handling every aspect of your unique project. We have designers, interior decorators, installers, carpenters, plumbers, painters, tile setters, and electricians.
5. What do you do to protect my home during my remodel project?
We are experts of taking care of both you and your home during your project. We provide protection for your flooring to avoid additional wear, tear, and dirt. We provide both fans and curtain walls to protect your home from construction dust as well as to minimize noise from your project. We take care to manage how installers and subcontractors go in and out of your home. For both your convenience and security, we arrange to have a lock box for your home (like realtors use with homes for sale) to allow us to complete your project without having to let us in each day or giving keys to individual subcontractors. Our carpenters/installers and subcontractors are all very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. We make sure the project area is clean at the end of each day and very clean at the end of each week. We provide a trailer to haul away large items that have been torn out, so these items do not have to sit on your lawn while awaiting disposal. We are also very careful to take care of all your materials throughout your project. For example, we make sure your new bathtub or dishwasher does not get scratched or dented at any point during your project. As the final touch, we have a maid service come in to clean your new space once your project is complete.
6. I want to do some of the work for my project myself. Can you accommodate this?
Yes, certainly. Of course, the amount you can or should attempt to do depends on your abilities, knowledge of remodeling, and the time/energy you can devote to the project. For example, customers sometimes choose to tear out their old cabinets, countertops, and flooring or do their own painting. We are happy to discuss these possibilities with you.
7. What if I only need a design for my remodel project?
We are happy to accommodate “design only” projects. See our Services - Design page for details This arrangement benefits you in several ways: 1) You get a professional design done by an expert, certified designer, 2) You do not pay an hourly rate or have to worry about the time spent with your designer, and 3) You “own” your design and are not required to work with us in order to use it.
8. I’m building a new house. Do you work with builders and new construction?
Yes, certainly. We are happy to do new construction and work with builders. Ideally, we would like to be able to look at your plans with you the first time we meet.
9. How far will you travel for a project?
Complex remodeling projects get more difficult beyond a 30 mile radius of the Tri-Cities. More simple projects, such as a cabinet installation can be done in a 60 mile radius.
